相信大家對於東區的新百貨公司-新光三越忠孝店都非常有興趣吧！

✏️原本我9/29想要一看究竟，結果竟然被拒絕進入，因為還沒正式試營運及開幕（但媒體廣宣的試營運日期爲9/28，此錯誤消息的發佈直接在我心中先扣分）

✏️樓地板面積僅4,500坪（租賃面積｜SOGO忠孝館-9,188坪；復興館-11,680坪）且分一、二館，樓層數更只有各4層，種種硬體條件讓我不太看好。

✏️東區現在百貨群聚性是否依舊吸力滿滿，這部分我抱持懷疑的態度，其實常走各大百貨商圈的人，應該有很明顯感覺東區人潮的流失吧～

✏️東區近乎是SOGO的天下，單忠孝館和復興館就把地方型百貨到國際型百貨的品牌都接近全攬，真心不知道新光三越忠孝店能再引入哪些品牌～

✏️雖然緊鄰忠孝復興站，但是否能直接從捷運直達到新光三越忠孝店，目前看起來是不可行，那是不捷運帶來的人潮就會被打折扣呢？

✏️最後，我猜想，從一些媒體介紹影片來看，新光三越忠孝店應該是僅想和復興館做區隔，和忠孝館的品牌靠攏/相似吧～

🖍️ I wanted to visit on 9/29 but was unexpectedly denied entry because it hadn't officially opened, which was contrary to media information, affecting my impression.

📌The floor area is only 4,500 ping (rentable area | SOGO Zhongxiao - 9,188 ping; Fuxing - 11,680 ping), and it's divided into two buildings, with only four floors in each, various hardware conditions make me less optimistic.

🖍️I have doubts about whether the East District's department store clustering still has the same strong attraction. People who frequently visit major department store districts should have a noticeable sense of a decline in foot traffic in the East District.

🖍️The East District is almost dominated by SOGO, with both Zhongxiao and Fuxing Stores offering a wide range of brands from local to international. I genuinely don't know what new brands SKM Zhongxiao Store can bring in.

🖍️Although it's close to Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, it doesn't seem feasible to have direct MRT access to SKM Zhongxiao Store. Will this lack of MRT accessibility result in a reduced foot traffic?"

🖍️Finally, I speculate that based on some media introduction videos, SKM Zhongxiao Store may aim to differentiate itself from SOGO Fuxing Store and align its brand offerings more closely with SOGO Zhongxiao Store.
