其實，《春大直》是我心中成功的地方型商場範本！雖然是以「美食」為主軸，占地1,700坪，可能不能算是百貨公司或購物商場，但它有抓到地理位置的獨特性 - 樂群三路 - 高價位餐廳的群聚街道，也因此餐廳或生鮮品牌的選擇都是貼合該區消費者的需求，歡迎大家前往及參觀！下次的再訪，我就要坐在裡面當食客啦😍

"CHUNPLACE" is actually a successful example of a local mall with unique booth designs. 

While it primarily focuses on "food," covering an area of 5,620 square meters, it may not be considered a department store or a shopping mall. However, its uniqueness lies in its strategic location on Lequn 3rd Rd., a street known for high-end restaurants. This makes its restaurant and fresh food brand choices cater to the needs of the local consumers. 

Everyone is welcome to visit! On my next visit, I'll be sitting inside as a customer 😍.
