因為「預售屋案場」要求成交率,而讓他們快速認識客戶是否有能力購買的方法,第一個地方就是「看車的品牌」,很現實且實際
[偷偷說,其實案場會因為品牌+車型,分配的服務人員也會不同(老鳥菜鳥)。雙B或高價位的🚗,未來若要二訪較會被記得以外,談價格或可附家具上,可能也會比較有「彈性」,因為你的可能成交率較高]
